I had my first experience when I was 4 years old.  I didn't realize it was special and I really became aware of it in my late teens and early twenties. 

My grandmother had the gift, my mother has 'something' we haven't quite worked out what it is, but all I will say is that you don't want to cross her... haha, and Charlie has an amazing healing ability.
